Dear Member/sWe hope this finds you and your families in good health. Out of necessity, we have to facilitate our 2020 AGM remotely, so we have posted copies of the following documents on the website (please click on the links):

Also, please let us know if you would be interested in joining the committee, as we are able to co-opt additional members. This can be done at any point.
With regard to recommencing our meetings, the committee has come to the decision that we need now to cancel the whole of our next season (20-21). Although not ideal, our desire to be cautious and protect everyone has overridden other considerations. As you know there are so many uncertainties around Covid-19 and possibilities of it returning. Should the situation much improve, then we will consider organising some ad hoc events (but not before the start of 2021). We will obviously notify you in advance when meetings will start again together with the programme. In the meantime, your membership will run for a further year, without a renewal payment.
